What to Expect

Mike handles each call personally. He will help you navigate your project from inception to completion.
He follows this successful model for completing your project. Mike will:

Visit your property, discuss your needs and inform you of the different roof options.
Speak with you about your roof selection and address your concerns.
Submit a proposal with a detailed scope of service identifying all the phases of your roof project
(permitting, pre-construction, construction and project closeout).
Oversee all aspects of the project, including material order and delivery, QA/QC for roof installation,
compliance with California Building Code regulations, subcontractors, and final inspection.
